Fine Arts Work Center - 34th Annual Auction

4:30 - 8:30 p.m.

Opening for the 34th Annual Auction preview is Friday, August 6, with Wine Tasting hosted by Truro Vineyards, 6-8pm Gallery viewing: August 6-20 with extended hours (10am-5pm).

Planning for the Fine Arts Work Center's Annual Auction is well under way! Paul Bowen has been selected as our Featured Artist and James R. Bakker will serve as auctioneer.

We are doing things differently this year and are pleased to announce the following new features:

The Auction will begin earlier and end earlier. Please the note new times below.

4:30 p.m. - Bar opens and Silent Auction Begins
6:15 p.m. - Silent Auction closes
6:30 p.m. - Live Auction begins
8:30 p.m. - Estimated closing of Live Auction

Instead of a sit-down dinner, we will offer plenty of hors d'oeuvres and the opportunity to mix with your friends while previewing the auction items.

The focus of the Silent Auction will be art pieces and objects, along with gift certificates to your favorite local establishments. We will accept donations of household items in the fall for inclusion in Provincetown's Monumental Yard Sale over Columbus Day Weekend. More information about that will follow in late summer.

As always, the Auction will include limited edition monoprints printed in our Print Shop and one-of-a-kind artist projects.

More information, including our online Auction Catalog, will be posted to this site as the Auction nears.

We look forward to seeing you this August!
