IMPROVEMENTS ABOUND
With the help of many friends, the Work Center upgraded its woodshop and darkroom, providing greater opportunities for Fellows and students.

The Archie D. and Bertha H. Walker Foundation provided funding to make substantial improvements to the woodshop. Under the direction of Former Visual Arts Fellow Bill Fitts, and with counsel from Former Visual Arts Fellow Darcy Hammer, the woodshop has been outfitted with an impressive array of professional woodworking tools and equipment.

The Work Center's darkroom has undergone dramatic improvements as well, with the generous financial support of photographer Ted Rosenberg and professional assistance from photographers and Summer Program faculty members Marian Roth and Sara London.

Additional equipment was donated by local gallery owner David Davis.

Thanks go out to everyone who made these improvements possible.
