FEES, DISCOUNTS & CANCELLATIONS

FEES

All weeklong writing courses will be classified as 20-Hour or 15-Hour. 20-Hour writing courses run 9:00 am-1:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Cost is $725; limit 10 students. 15-Hour writing courses run 9am-noon or 1pm-4pm. Cost is $600; limit 10 students.

All weeklong studio arts classes will run Monday through Friday from 9am-noon or 1:00–4:00 pm; studios will be available to students 24-hours a day. Cost is $650 and does not include studio fees for models, materials, etc.; limit 10 students.

All printmaking classes will run Monday through Friday from 9am-noon or 1pm-4pm; the printshop will be available to students 24-hours a day. Cost is $650 and does not include printshop fee; limit 10 students.

All photography classes will run Monday through Friday from 9am-noon or 10am-1pm; the darkroom will be available to students 24-hours a day. Cost is $700 and does not include materials or film processing fees; limit 10 students.

Do not assume you are registered for a workshop or have housing reserved until you recieve a confirmation letter.

DISCOUNTS

We offer discounts to individuals taking multiple workshops:

All workshops after the first are eligible for a $50 discount from full price (see catalog).

Discounts must be requested at time of registration.

Discounts are limited to $300.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancellation deadline for all courses and housing reservations is May 5, 2008; deposits are non-refundable after that date.
If you cancel your registration/FAWC housing less than thirty days before the start of your class, your entire payment will be forfeited.
There will be a processing fee of $25 for all transfers after May 5, 2008.
In the unlikely event that we cancel your workshop, we will refund your payment in full.
