• Deposits are non-refundable after May 5, 2008. If you cancel your registration less than thirty days before the start of your class, your entire payment will be forfeited.

• In the unlikely event that we cancel your workshop, we will refund your payment in full.

• Do not assume you are registered for a workshop or have housing reserved until you recieve a confirmation letter.

• Students who arrive late or otherwise disrupt the workshop experience may be refused entry to the remaining portion of the class. In this event, we will be unable to refund your payment.

• To preserve the integrity of the workshop experience, FAWC reserves the right to refuse admission to any student who, in FAWC's sole discretion, would be disruptive to a quality experience for other participants.

• The Work Center has strict No Pets and No Smoking policies in studios, classrooms, residential apartments and public spaces.

Parking at the Fine Arts Work Center is reserved for resident students and faculty only. Off-site parking is available within a five-minute walk from the Work Center. We suggest bringing or renting a bicycle to get around town.
