To Apply for the 2009-2010 Writing Fellowship term, applications must be postmarked by December 1, 2008.
For the 2009-2010 Visual Arts Fellowship term, applications may now apply online or by mail. Online applicants must be completed by February 1, 2009.
Mailed applications must be postmarked by February 1, 2009.
Application Fee: A $45 non-refundable processing fee must accompany this
application.
Residency: Fellows are required to be resident in Provincetown
during the seven-month fellowship.
Stipend: Fellows are provided living
accommodations and a monthly stipend of $650. Visual Fellows are also provided with a separate studio space.
During the 2009-2010 Winter Fellowship, the Work Center's administrative offices will be under reconstruction, and the six Fellows' on-site living units above the offices will not be available. For this Fellowship year only, six Fellows will be housed elsewhere in Provincetown. If we are unable to house all six Fellows, we will house as many as we can and reduce the size of the 2009-2010 program as a last resort.
While every effort will be made to minimize disruption, the work at times is bound to be noisy.
